Did you know?

While Fenn has dark grey fur, he is an American Red Fox. His different coat color is due to selective breeding orchestrated by humans for both the illegal pet trade and the fur trade. Selective breeding results in a higher chance of genetic defects and a smaller pool of genetic diversity, and the conditions animals bred for the fur trade are subjected to are often inhumane.
